Full groom

A complete makeover including a warm bath, shampoo, blow dry, thorough brush-out, bespoke styling or breed standard haircut, ear cleaning, and nail trim.

Bath and blow

Ideal for between full haircuts or short-coated breeds. Features professional shampoo wash, conditioning treatment, gentle high-velocity blow dry.

Puppy introduction

A gentle, positive introduction for young puppies up to six months. We build water and equipment confidence at a calm pace with lots of treats and praise.

Spa extras

Upgrade your spa with treatments including de-shedding spa, nose & paw balm, brightening facials.

What does a 1-to-1 grooming appointment mean?

It means your pet is the only dog in the grooming room during their slot. There are no other barking dogs, no cages or crate driers, and they have our full, undivided attention throughout their appointment.

How long will my dog's appointment take?

Most full grooms take between 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the dog's breed, coat condition, and temperament. Because we groom straight through without keeping dogs waiting, we will call you as soon as they are ready for collection.

Do you groom nervous or anxious dogs?

Yes! Our parlour was created especially to help anxious, elderly, or easily stressed dogs feel safe. We work at their pace and take breaks whenever necessary to keep the session stress-free.

When should my puppy have their first grooming session?

We recommend bringing puppies in around two weeks after their final vaccinations. Early sessions get them used to salon sounds, warm water, and clippers in a fun, relaxed environment.

How do I book an appointment?

You can call or text to check available slots. Because we operate on a strictly one-to-one basis, spaces fill up quickly, so we recommend booking ahead.

What products do you use?

We use gentle, natural shampoos and conditioners that are cruelty-free, kind to sensitive skins, and free from harsh chemicals.
